Sangria For One
No need for a party to bust out this super simple, gorgeous, sangria. This recipe is designed for one serving, but feel free to double, or triple, or whatever, to get you through the night.
Serves: 1 glass
  • 1 C. red wine (I used a pinot noir)
  • 1 TBLS. triple sec
  • 1 shot glass, or one ounce, pomegranate juice (you could use any juice on hand in a pinch)
  • ¼ C. chopped fruit (approximately). Apple, oranges, peaches, and plums work great!
  1. Chop fruit into small bite size pieces and place in a pretty tumbler or wine glass. Add wine, triple sec, and juice. Stir. Pop into freezer to quick chill, or add ice if desired.
